Tonia Hoefner formerly owned “Tonia’s Bakery” in Wenatchee for 8 years and currently teaches baking classes through the Continuing Ed department at WVC. For younger students the class will be learning to bake scones and muffins and will include recipes and food that can be taken home (or eaten right then!) Class would be about 1-1.5 hours long. For the older students we’ll be learning how to take one dough (a modified brioche dough) and make many different pastries with it. This class would be about 2-3 hours and includes recipes and food to take home/eat immediately. For adults — tell me what you want to learn, I’ll teach you
