Tonia Hoefner formerly owned “Tonia’s Bakery” in Wenatchee for 8 years and currently teaches baking classes through the Continuing Ed department at WVC. We will be learning how to make many different delicious creations in this class. This class will be about 2 hours and includes recipes and food to take home/eat immediately. Due to rising costs of food there is no good way to predict the price of each recipe. Therefore, instead of a base cost to cover everything, there will be a weekly cost. Each recipe will determine how much the student pays.
