A circuit-style class of fitness kickboxing drills and combos. Bring boxing gloves if you have them, but if not, please specify in the registration, and I will bring “loner” boxing gloves to use during class. Come prepared with gym clothes, tennis shoes and a water bottle. 12 weeks of kickboxing classes that run from 9am to 9:50am.
