This class will focus on the 3 P’s of Self-defense: Prevention, Preparation, and Physical Reaction with an emphasis on situational awareness, safety strategies, & simple self-defense techniques. The class will include lecture, group discussion, & easy to learn physical techniques. Learn to develop an effective self-defense strategy based on awareness of physical surroundings as well as physical strengths & limitations.
